The first days focus on downshifting. Then comes regulation. And towards the end, integration – so you can take the tools into your daily life.

And even after your stay, you keep full access to the program to continue at home.

What does the self-guided retreat program cost?

The ’nyawa Reset‘ is a one-time investment of 9,000,000 IDR including access for up to four people. You can follow 10 days guidance, with clear explanations of all tools and practices – and how to integrate them into your daily life.

You keep lifetime access, so you can continue using the program at home. For beginners, additional guidance videos are included.

Do I need to actively do anything during my stay?

No. You don’t need to follow a routine or “work” on yourself.
